In honor of walt disney world’s 25th anniversary, cinderella castle was transformed into a giant pink castle cake (known by some as the “cakestle”) decorated with gum drops, life savers, lollipops, and red candy. The first for me was the infamous 25th anniversary “cake” castle.
Cinderella castle is modeled after 11th and 13th century romanian structures, french fortresses, and gothic spires to bring to life the richness and romance of the princess. Walt disney world turned it into a birthday cake.
